The theme of this first modern “Olympiad of Art” is “environment and energy”, in the spirit of sustainable development.
Symbols of an era, environment, energy and respect for the environment are, in all their forms, the central concern at the beginning of the 21st century, and our most beautiful challenge for tomorrow.
A universal concept that we must think about, that we must reinvent, develop and protect.
This involves the invention of new renewable energies that will preserve the environment and help the world to grow peacefully.
Artists are the messengers of this new world.
Upon receipt of the works, the IOAC will respond within 15 working days and inform the participants by registration approval email.

Result: Works that meet the competition criteria will enter the 2nd Round-public voting, works that do not meet the competition criteria will have the 2nd chance to upload.

Time: February 2023 to March 2023
Method: All artists will vote online for the works selected in the 2nd Round(aesthetic and technical criteria).
Result: Artists cannot vote for the same work repeatedly. In the end, 25 outstanding works will be selected from the winning works of each art discipline to participate in the final round. And works that do not enter the final round will receive Olymp'Arts Certificate of Shortlisting (digital).

The awards ceremony will be held on the last day of the Olymp'Arts 2023, where the finalists' winning works will be announced.

Time: October 2022 to January 2023
Method: Online selection (aesthetic standard) by the voting public registered on the official website.
Result: In the end, all voting data will be integrated, and 100-200 outstanding works will be selected in each art discipline based on the total number of registrations, and will enter the 3rd Round of artists voting. Works that do not enter the 3rd Round will receive the Olymp'Arts Certificate of Participation (digital).

Time: July 2023
Method: Voting will be conducted online and offline by the voting public and artists registered on the website, as well as by all visitors participating in the on-site exhibition, based on the participating works on display.
Result: The top three finalists with the highest number of votes in each art discipline will receive the Olymp'Arts Gold Award, and the rest of the participating artists will receive Olymp'Arts Certificate of Nomination.
1 The works presented must respect the values of the Olymp’Arts. In addition, each candidate artist is asked to think about and get as close as possible to the Theme, which is for 2023: "Environment / Energy".
2 Participants should ensure that the works are original works of individuals or teams, and the creation time should be after 2018 (including 2018).
3 Participating artists must be the legal owners of the artworks with complete copyrights. Team creations must obtain the consent of the creators; if any copyright disputes are caused, the organizing committee will not be jointly and severally responsible and has the right to disqualify the participants.
4 Please fill in the accurate entry information according to the requirements before uploading the work files. If there are several creators for the same work, the names of all the authors must be indicated.
5 The format, size, quantity and other considerations of the entries are indicated in the rules relating to each discipline and during the download itself.
6 The images, or the backgrounds and the beginnings and endings of videos of the entries shall not be marked with any element of the participant, and shall not be marked with names or other information that would identify the authors because the works will be selected anonymously.
7 Entries must not involve content that promotes violence, gender discrimination, anti-humanity, etc., must not infringe on the privacy and intellectual property rights of others, and must not violate relevant basic laws and regulations and public morality.
8 Each participant can only submit one artwork under the same entry discipline, and uploading the same artwork in different entry disciplines is prohibited, otherwise, it will be considered invalid.
9 To participate in this competition, you must register on the International Olymp’Art Committee official website, and the deadline for online registration and submission of works is 24:00 on September 30th, 2022.
In order to ensure the smooth running of the competition, each participant is required to pay an evaluation fee after uploading the artwork successfully. then the artwork will enter the evaluation and selection phases.
